• Can your products be customized?
  Yes- All Teel Guitar Works products can be customized using a variety of pearl or wooden inlays to meet your specifications. Please contact us for details and price quote. Please note, all custom orders are non-refundable but your satisfaction is our highest priority.

• How do I care for my purchased Teel Guitar Works product?
  All of our wooden products utilize a fine hand-rubbed urethane finish. Our recommendation for cleaning is to use a soft dry cloth. For maintaining the finish you can also use a fine grade furniture paste wax such as Butchers paste wax. Please contact us for other inquiries or recommendations.

• Why are all of your products serial numbered?
  There are a few reasons we take the time and effort to serialize our products: 1. For warranty purposes. 2. All serial numbers are sequential and therefore will determine date manufactured. 3. Along with our logo the serial number will help us verify authenticity.

• Why should I register my purchased Teel Guitar Works product?
  To activate your 6 month warranty. You need to register with us as the original owner within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

• Do your products come with a warranty?
  Yes- All of our TGW wooden products come with a 6 month warranty to the original registered owner for any defect in material or workmanship. Teel Guitar Works reserves the right to review and determine cause of reported defect. For our PICKessence Jewelry line, we guarantee our workmanship. If there is a defect in materials, you have 15 days to contact us of the defect. If, due to defect only, we will pay for return shipping. Arrangements, through email, will be provided on how to proceed with return of defective product.

• Do your products have a return policy?
  Yes- For TGW wooden products- If purchased direct from Teel Guitar Works and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will have 15 days from the date received to return for a full refund less all shipping and handling charges. For PICKessence Jewelry Line- There are no returns on earrings due to health and safety issues. For defective products, please read warranty policy above.
